It's sure not the topic of most conversations...but in the private moments of people's thoughts, many have wondered..."Can I know for sure that I'm on my way to Heaven?" ABSOLUTELY! In fact God wants us to know, that's why we have the Bible!

    FIRST, we must realize that we are separated from God by sin...we are all in the same boat! Romans 3:23 - "For all have sinned..." Sin is any action or thought that God says is wrong. We've all got quite a list of those, don't we.

  The scary predicament we all face is that Romans 6:23 says, "the wages of sin is death..." This is speaking of eternal separation from God....in a place the Bible calls Hell!

    SECOND, we also must realize that God offers the solution! What great news! The rest of Romans 6:23 says, "but the GIFT of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord."

So, God says, "Sure you've blown it....along with all of the human race... but, I have a gift for you that fixes EVERYTHING...a Savior!...just because I love you!" Right now, if you are willing to agree with God about your sin and your need for forgiveness, then...

  Romans 10:13 says, "For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved."

  Just by praying a simple prayer, admitting and agreeing with God that you're a sinner, turning to Jesus Christ as Lord and asking Him to take away your sin and be your personal Savior! That's it! The Bible says so. . .

  Romans 10:9-10 - "That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised Him from the dead, thou shalt be saved."

  God promises that if you will do this, He will save you and give you eternal life!
